Fashion Designer Course

OBJECTIVES:

• Learn how to express ideas through drawing.

• Learn different drawing techniques.

• Explore various creative processes for designing fashion collections.

 

PROGRAM:

​

1. Construction and customization of fashion figures (women, men, children);

2. Introduction to different illustration techniques;

3. Product study and development with technical fashion drawings;

4. Trend research and creative idea development;

5. Creation of a Mood Board;

6. Selection of designs, fabrics, and accessories;

7. Development of a fashion collection;

8. Presentation of a fashion collection.

TEACHING METHODS AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES:

Documentation, books, magazines, photography, educational outings (trade fairs, exhibitions, fashion shows, suppliers), training sessions, classroom lessons, videos, practical demonstrations, and workshop activities will be used with the aim of teaching students to:

• Master different drawing techniques;

• Understand various artistic styles and techniques.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT METHODS:

Creation of a fashion collection based on a required theme.
